Dominik advises contractual authorities and companies on all aspects of public procurement law and related areas of public commercial law.
His field of activity includes national and EU-wide procurement procedures, from procedure design to the award.
He advises on procurement procedures relating to German statutory health insurance law, the procurement of emergency services as well as the acquisition of information technology services including related contractual matters.
Moreover, Dominik represents his clients in procurement review proceedings before procurement chambers and higher regional courts.
Following his studies in law at the University of Bielefeld focussing on public commercial law in the European Union and including a period in Brussels, Dominik completed his legal clerkship with notable placements in Hamburg and Paderborn.
He then practiced at a major German law firm from 2022, advising on energy, telecommunications, and public commercial law. He joined ESCH BAHNER LISCH in February 2024.
