Thomas advises companies and public authorities on all aspects of public procurement law. On the one hand, he supports contracting authorities in planning and managing public procurement procedures; on the other hand, he assists companies in participating in procurement procedures. His advice also covers related areas of law including public commercial law.
Thomas completed his legal studies in Mannheim and Barcelona, while also obtaining an additional degree in business law (LL.B).
Following his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, which included a placement at an international NGO and a major international law firm, he joined ESCH BAHNER LISCH in 2025.
